Recruitment streamlining –a management package

Our APS-experienced consultants will create a database of applicants and short-list against your criteria. We’ll convene your Selection Advisory Committee (SAC), arrange interview facilities, schedule applicants for interviews and/or testing and follow up on referees. We also develop/recommend interview questions and our consultant may also act as an independent panel member as required.
 
Included in your RMC recruitment management package is all the administrative support you need - we copy applications, write and mail letters, liaise with the SAC and provide Scribing and reporting. Psychometric Testing

Psychometric testing and assessment is undertaken by Senior Registered Psychologists.
      
RMC can incorporate Psychometric Testing into a staff selection process to improve the validity of the overall assessment.


RMC assists clients to select appropriate test batteries to measure core competencies and aptitudes for selection across all positions from entry to executive levels.

Assessment and Development Centres

Assessment and Development Centres are used to provide a systematic and objective assessment against criteria for job performance, including culture fit.

RMC designs multiple assessment and development processes and exercises to identify performance capabilities across the range of selection criteria. Assessments can include tests, interviews, questionnaires and behavioural simulation exercises.

RMC provides the training you require to participate in the assessment process and works beside you and your team through the process to ensure that assessments identify specific personal and professional skills and development needs.

Assessment design can be directed to either individuals or groups or a mix. They are designed using job analysis techniques to ensure that all personal and professional attributes are identified and measured.

These processes can be used either for recruitment, to ensure the best skill set for a position, or as a development tool to pinpoint training and development needs.

Consultant hours are flexible and responsive to demand and can work both from within client premises and from homebased work offices.
 
All Consultants must provide appropriately established home work premises that comply with OH&S standards and include computer equipment, internet connection, telephone and facsimile communications.
