Assessment and Development Centres
Assessment and Development Centres are used to provide a systematic and objective assessment against criteria for job performance, including culture fit.
RMC designs multiple assessment and development processes and exercises to identify performance capabilities across the range of selection criteria. Assessments can include tests, interviews, questionnaires and behavioural simulation exercises.
RMC provides the training you require to participate in the assessment process and works beside you and your team through the process to ensure that assessments identify specific personal and professional skills and development needs.
Assessment design can be directed to either individuals or groups or a mix. They are designed using job analysis techniques to ensure that all personal and professional attributes are identified and measured.
These processes can be used either for recruitment, to ensure the best skill set for a position, or as a development tool to pinpoint training and development needs.
Assessment Centres will include a mix or all of the following to:
- Provide job analysis
- Identify criteria for abilities and personality characteristics
- Develop a matrix of criteria and assessment modes
- Train assessors in behaviour observation/evidence and categorisation
- Implement, document and review the process
All activities are developed and managed by qualified Workplace Assessors and Psychologists.
