Nick has both private and public sector experience, spending time with Australian Customs Service and working in the community sector for approximately 12 years. Nick has experience across a range of HR and Recruitment functions including Bulk and Graduate Assessments, APS Merit Selection Recruitment and Scribing and Employment Consulting and Training as well as being experienced in Government Contract Compliance. Annie Ferguson,
CEO
Our CEO, Annie Ferguson has held a variety of responsibilities with RMC since 2012. With a strong business management and consulting background Annie has worked in a variety of industries across the private and public sector, including military service. Prior to joining RMC, Annie owned and operated a number of small businesses and held roles in Project and Program Management within the Australian Federal Police. Annie’s professional passions include developing businesses with long term outlooks and sustainability and operating with a higher purpose and strong social conscience.
Jocelyn Ryan,
Client Service
Jocelyn joined the RMC team in March 2015 to manage the RMC office. Jocelyn has an extensive background in professional service organisations including managing her own business in years past. Jocelyn has worked with government sector, not for profits and SME organisations across her career and has a broad range of skills. Jocelyn values the highest levels of client service as the pinnacle of business success.
Catherine Andrews,
Managing Director
Our Managing Director, Catherine Andrews has worked with RMC since 2002. Starting out as a Scribing and HR Consultant, Catherine has worked at the coalface of the RMC business and understands the rigours this entails. Prior to joining RMC, Catherine held General Management and Executive Director roles in the public and tertiary sector. Catherine is also Co-Founder of Insight Connections, a corporate social responsibility firm. Catherine has a passion for promoting the public sector as a first class career choice for our most talented people.
